ORAL ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed declaring the proposed compulsory collection of crop insurance from the petitioners while granting crop loans or while repaying the same under National Agricultural Insurance Scheme (NAIS) issued on 25.5.2006 as illegal and arbitrary.
Due to efflux of time, the cause in this writ petition does not survive as of now. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
