ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not promoting the petitioner from Grade E2 to E4 as illegal and arbitrary.
The learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was involved in a disciplinary case and after conducting detailed enquiry into the matter, he was dismissed from service and in fact aggrieved by the same, petitioner filed writ petition before this Court being W.P.No.13014 of 1999 and the same was dismissed on 3.2.2006.
In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
