Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent in not fixing the boundaries by demarcating the land in old Sy.No. 129/48 (new Sy.No. 334) correlated to T.S.No. 3 part admeasuring to an extent of 2200 square yards, situated at Shaikpet Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District by issuing the Memo in L.Dis No. A3/01/2005 Dt. 1- 2-2005 on the ground that "the old Survey Records are superceded after validation of Town Survey Records" is illegal, arbitrary and totally non application of mind, apart from violation of mandatory duty of the Respondent consequently direct the Respondent to demarcate and fix the boundaries of land admeasuring 2200 square yards situated in Old Sy.No. 129/48 (new Sy.No. 334) correlated to T.S. No.3 part of Shaikpet Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
