ORDER:
The petitioner approached this court through this writ petition seeking to declare that the action of the first respondent in not issuing the social status certificate is illegal. Subsequently, the application of the petitioner was rejected by the first respondent, therefore, the cause of action for this writ petition does not survive.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies in the appropriate forum
against the order of rejection passed by the first respondent. No order as to costs.
