ORDER:
The petitioner approached this Court through this Writ Petition seeking a Mandamus to declare that the transfer of the petitioner from Andhra Pradesh Zone to Madya Pradesh Zone in the proceedings dated 22-07-1992 is illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to continue the petitioner in Andhra Pradesh Zone.
The respondents contended that the transfer order was affected in pursuance of the Circular No.77/271, dated
20-10-1983 issued by the Personal Department of Bank of India Head Office and the petitioner could not point out the same.
No illegality in the order passed by the first respondent. Therefore, I do not find any grounds to interfere with the same.
The writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
No order as to costs.
