ORDER:
The petitioner contends that he made an application to the first respondent-Bank for the benefit of O.T.S. scheme.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent did not pass any order on his representation for the benefit of O.T.S. scheme announced by the Reserve Bank of India on 31-03-1999 and extended from time to time.
No counter has been filed by the respondents.
The respondents are, therefore, directed to go through the representation of the petitioner, examine whether the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of O.T.S. scheme and pass appropriate orders as per Rules and communicate the order to him at the earliest.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
