Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the G.O.Ms.No.538 Home (Genl.A) Department dt: 11.7.1994 and G.P.Ms.No.218 Home (Genl.A) Department dt: 14.7.95 in so far as fixing the maximum rate of admission in respect of lowest class, is beyond the scope of the provisions of A.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Act,1955 and such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
