Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order of direction, declaring the notice of termination issued by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings No. 02/122(65)/00-RM(O) dt. 16.3.2002 in proposing to terminate the licence of the petitioner for running a Flower Stall at Cumbum Bus Station on the ground of default in payment of licence fee as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to accept the dues pertaining the licence fee from the petitioner and permit him to run the flower shop at Cumbum Bus Station.

ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the notice of termination issued by the first respondent vide proceedings No.02/122(65)/00-RM(0), dated 16-3-2002 proposing to terminate the licence of the petitioner for running the Flower Stall at Cumbum Bus Station, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the Flower Stall.
Though interlocutory matters are coming up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri M.Subba Reddy submits that in view of the expiry of the licence period of three years, nothing survives in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
