ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in passing the impugned order in Proc.4689/12/2001, dated 9.5.2001 as arbitrary and illegal and
consequently set aside the same.
When the petitioner sought interim relief of suspension of the impugned order in W.P.M.P.No.12846 of 2001 which is the subject matter of the writ petition, this Court, on 3.7.2001, granted status quo.
In view of the order of status quo, the cause in this writ petition no more survives and there is no lis to be adjudicated.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
