ORDER:
Challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for absorption of the petitioner into the respondents Corporation either to the post of Lower Division Clerk or to the post of Typist, the present writ petition has been filed.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents Corporation has not been considered his case for absorption, though he was an ex-contractor of the respondent Corporation. The interviews were conducted on 03.02.2003 and thereafter, results have been declared.
Learned standing counsel for the petitioner represented that the certificate produced by the petitioner is not related to any of the works conducted by the contractor with the respondent Corporation, and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to absorb him in the respondent Corporation.
In view of the fact that since the certificate produced by the petitioner is not related to any of the works conducted by the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
