Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to permit the petitioner’s son to change the group from M.P.C. to B.P.C. in Intermediate II Year and also to appear/write Intermediate I year Botony and Zoology papers in the Supplementary Examination to be held in September/October, 2002 or in subsequent Examinations to be held.
