Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to pass orders, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the order of the 3rd respondent in L.Dis.No. 6592/B3/93, dated 5-9-2003 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, violative of Articles 19(1) (g) and 30 of the constitution of India, and consequently set-aside the same, and direct the respondents to accord permission to the petitioner Institution to fill up the vacant School Assistant posts now admitted to Grant-in-Aid.
