Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the impugned Notification No.2/2003 (No. 938/A2/KU/2003/SPL-II) dt 10-10-2003 of the first respondent in seeking to fill-up only 35 posts of Assistant professors out of 62 sanctioned and vacant posts of Assistant Professors and excluding/including some Departments without any basis as arbitrary and illegal and set a side the same and
consequently direct the first respondent to fill all the 62 posts of Assistant Professors duly following the Roster system.
