Petitioner in this writ petition seeks appointment to the post of Senior Grade Teacher basing on her B.Ed. qualification in the counseling to be conducted for appointment of teachers in the month of August, 1998.
Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submit that the subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous and there survives no cause to be adjudictated.
Recording the above submission the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
