Present review writ petition has been moved for reviving the petition and recalling of order dated 17.02.2025 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5779/2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant matter does not pertain to issue in question in the bunch of matters, and had wrongly being decided vide the order dated 17.02.2025.

For the reasons stated in the prayer of review petition, the same is allowed.

Order dated 17.02.2025 is recalled and the petition is directed to be revived to its original number.

Let the same be listed after two weeks, for consideration of the matter on merits.
