Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the dictum encapsulated vide order dated 22.11.2016 and 03.09.2024 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13933/2017 titled Ranjeet Kumar Tanwar Versus State of Raj And Ors. and in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2645/2015 titled Radheshyam Malhotra Vs. Rajasthan State Cooperative Union & Anr respectively. It is submitted that in bunch of petitions, petitioners were retired persons/senior citizens, suffering from grave financial hardship on account of withheld of their retiral benefits/dues. It is further submitted that on numerous occasions representations have been

filed by the petitioner and the same have not been considered by the respondent Nos.2 & 3. Moreover, it is submitted that the said action of the respondents is in gross violation of fundamental rights of the petitioner enshrined under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and the petitioner is suffering from miserable quality of life at the fag end of his life.

This Court is giving liberty to the petitioner to file representation within a period of seven days, relying upon Pawan

Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and the above judgment and dictum therein. This Court directs Principal Secretary, Department Of Cooperatives to give audience to the petitioner on 20.01.2026 and pass reasoned/ speaking order, considering the case sympathetically, the order be passed on 30.01.2026.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in above terms. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.

It is made clear that petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate recourse available, in accordance with law, being aggrieved by the action/inaction of the respondents.
