S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1356/2016 by which the writ petition was dismissed as abated as no application for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner was submitted on the record.

Counsel submits that while passing the aforesaid order, liberty was granted to the legal representatives of the deceasedpetitioner to file appropriate application for revival of the petition and for recalling of this order, in case, any cause of action or grievance still survives.

Counsel submits that the grievance is still surviving with the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner and they want to contest the matter on its merits.

Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the order dated 18.08.2025 stands recalled.

The S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1356/2016 is restored to its original number.

Office to proceed.

The application seeking substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased is ordered to be taken on record.
