By way of filing this petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents to provide adequate

protection to the petitioner without approaching the Nodal Officer pursuant to the orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Suman Meena vs. State of Rajasthan (S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.792/2024).

The petitioner has straightaway approached this Court by way of filing this petition.

In the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner is required to approach the Nodal Officer first in terms of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Suman Meena (supra).

Accordingly, the instant criminal writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Nodal Officer in the light of the judgment passed in the case of Suman Meena (supra).

In case, such representation is submitted by the petitioner before the concerned Nodal Officer, it is expected from the Nodal Officer to pass speaking and reasoned order expeditiously as early as possible.

The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
