Upon doing the needful it is noted that the order dated 07.03.2025 is passed after considering the material available on record, and the plea made by way of this application cannot be entertained as the same warrants re-appreciation of material which is impermissible in law, rather in case of any grievance of such nature, an appeal has to be preferred.

Accordingly, and as no cogent reasons are articulated in the memo of application, the same is dismissed.
