This writ miscellaneous application has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 16.08.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct name of the petitioner's father is 'Ram Sahay Sharma', however,

due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of the petitioner's father was incorrectly mentioned in the title of the writ petition as 'Ramsahai Sharma'.

He further submits that after disposal of the writ petition when the petitioner approached the respondent-authorities seeking relief in the light of the directions given by the Court, the petitioner has been denied relief on account of incorrect name of the petitioner's father in the cause-title attached with the order.

Having regard to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the application, the Court deems just and proper to allow the prayer for modification.

Accordingly, the application for modification is allowed.

Name of the petitioner's father in the order dated 16.08.2023 be read as 'Ram Sahay Sharma' in place of 'Ramsahai Sharma'.

This order be treated as part and partial of the order dated 16.08.2023.
