Taking into consideration the nature of the petition and so also limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court feels that the ends of justice would meet if the respondents are directed to consider the representation if submitted by the petitioner to the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent No. 2 that in case the petitioner has submitted the respresentation (Annexure-9) in actual to the respondent authority then same may be considered and disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receiving the certified copy of this order.
