Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was appointed as the constable in the year 1998. It is submitted that the petitioner was suspended by the Superintendent of Police, Dholpur on 10.04.2025, on account of registration of criminal proceedings under the Prevention of Corruption Act. It is submitted that criminal trial is ongoing and petitioner is suspended from services ever-since 10.04.2025. It is further submitted that the representation for revocation of suspension in light of the dictum encapsulated in Ajay

Choudhary, AIR 2015 SC 2389, has already been filed by the petitioner.

Considering the submissions put forth by learned counsel and looking upon the facts of the instant case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and adjudicate the same, in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days of passing of this order.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed.
