Heard the submissions made and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to move an early listing application before the learned RCSAT, as it is submitted that the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the learned RSCAT in the year 2023 challenging the revision order wherein interim order has already been passed. It is submitted by the counsel representing the petitioners that the process of DPC shall be initiated in near future and promotion order shall be issued by the end of February, 2026.

Considering the facts, this Court gives liberty to the petitioners to move early hearing application, as directed above; the same be considered by the learned Tribunal expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
