Learned counsel for the petitioner placed his reliance upon page nos. 49-51 of the instant petition and has submitted that the cut-off for the OBC category is 69.509 marks, wherein the petitioner has obtained 71.290 marks in the respective category and the same is evident from serial no.12353 (at page-49). However, it is also submitted that the respondents have not communicated any correspondence till date qua decision for bypassing the merit obtained by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the instant petition can be disposed of, with a liberty to file representation within a period of seven days, in light of the dictum
