The petitioners have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.372/2025 registered at Police Station-Sikari, District-Deeg for the offences under Sections 3, 4, 8 of RBA Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act.

All the bail applications have arisen from common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this single order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. He further submits that the allegation against the present petitioners pertains to their alleged involvement in the transportation of meat of a bovine animal from the accused persons, namely Aas Mohammad, Mausam, and Soyab, who have been named in the FIR. It is submitted that the said accused, from whom conscious possession of the meat was allegedly recovered, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 09.12.2025. The case of the present petitioners, therefore, stands on a better footing. Petitioner-Eisi, Ahasan, Saddam and Taiyab are behind the bars since 11.12.2025, 16.12.2025, 19.12.2025 and 22.12.2025. The trial of the cases may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, hence, the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications.

On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners -Eisi S/o Kaluwa, Ahasan S/o Israeil, Saddam S/o Fateh Mohammad, Taiyab S/o Aas Mohammad, Tarif Son Of Jameel Saal, Nasru S/o Jumma, Sammi S/o Rasula, Inam Son Of Juhru and Jameel Son Of Mehtab shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
