The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.194/2025 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar, District Sikar for offence under Section 409 of IPC, 1860.

Since both these bail applications arise out of common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. They further submit that the petitioners are neither government employees nor engaged in any business, nor are they working under or for any other person. They further submit that the amount was credited to their bank account; however, upon realizing that the money had been transferred without any valid or lawful reason, they immediately directed the bank to reverse the transaction. They again submit that petitioners are behind the bar since 15.12.2025 and 04.04.2025 respectively. The trial of the case will take considerable time and no further custodial interrogation is required hence, the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.

Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Khemchand Bharra S/o Shri Harlal Singh and Jaswant Singh @ Mukesh S/o Late Shri Ramswaroop, be released on bail
