The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 1/2026 registered at Police Station Rawanjana Dungar, District Sawaimadhopur for the offences under Sections 121(1), 132, 352, 324(3), 109(1) and 3(5) of BNS and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(S) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that injuries caused to injured were found to be simple blunt in nature and there is no dangerous to life injury. Other coaccused Deepak @ Deepu has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 17.04.2026 passed in SB Criminal Misc second bail application No. 5824/2026 and case of the petitioner is akin to other co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail. custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet has already been submitted before the concerned trial court, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

The accused-petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner, therefore, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Jasram S/o Ramlal, in connection with FIR No. 1/2026 registered at Police Station Rawanjana Dungar, District Sawaimadhopur shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
