The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.32/2026, registered at Police Station Rawanjana Dungar, District Sawai Madhopur, for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4) and 61(2)(a) of BNS and Section 66-D of I.T. Act.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is alleged against the accused-petitioner that he provided his account to the other co-accused Bheem Singh Meena and from his account a cyber fraud amounting to Rs.17,800/- was committed. It is also contended that the petitioner is an illiterate person and innocently provided his account to the named co-accused Bheem Singh Meena, against whom the main allegation of committing cyber fraud is reported. It is further contended that the account of the petitioner was linked with the mobile number used by the other

co-accused i.e., Bheem Singh Meena. The entire commission of offence was operated by the other co-accused Bheem Singh Meena and not by the present petitioner. It is argued that the accused-petitioner is in custody since long, charge-sheet has already been submitted and trial of the case may take considerable time and apart from one case, there is no other criminal case against the petitioner, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted the factual report. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. This Court has perused the conclusion of the charge-sheet and the material annexed with thereto. It is revealed in the charge-sheet that the petitioner provided his account to the other co-accused and in petitioner's bank account an amount of around Rs.18,000/- was deposited through the cyber fraud. There are three complaints lodged against the petitioner in connection with cyber fraud and the main co-accused Bheem Singh Meena has committed cyber fraud of Rs.59,86,940/- and part of the amount was deposited in the account of the present petitioner, thus, the role of the present petitioner is grave. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, without expressing anything on the merits of this case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed.
