This bail application has been filed on behalf of the accusedpetitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 303/2025 registered at Police Station Manoharpur, District Jaipur Rural for the offence(s) under Section 4/25 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel also submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2025. He further submits that the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate and conclusion of trial may take long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in custody and therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of B.N.S.S.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner

hereinabove. He submits that five other criminal cases have been instituted against the petitioner.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that that petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2025; the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate and trial will take considerably long time in its conclusion. Without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioner Rajuram S/o Gopiram is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
