Instant restoration application has been filed for restoring S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12485/2008, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 16.02.2024.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that amended defective cause title was filed due to bona fide mistake and soon after restoration of the writ petition, correct amended cause title shall be filed.

In view of above, the restoration application is allowed and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12485/2008 is allowed to be restored to its original number.
