An application (1/2024) has been filed by and on behalf of respondent No.13, making a prayer to dispose of the instant writ petition in the light of the judgment dated 11.01.2018 passed by Additional District Collector-I, Jaipur, District Jaipur making a reference in exercises of powers under Section 82 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 in respect of the land of Khasra No.67/20 measuring 15 bigha recorded as Gair Mumkin Pahad but was mutated in the name of private Khatedar.

It appears that petitioners preferred instant writ petition on 31.08.2016 fundamentally raising a similar grievance and seeking direction against the State Government to make a reference of the subject land under Section 82 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 so that the land in nature of Gair Mumkin Pahad may be maintained.

Thus, it is apparent that the grievance raised by the petitioners stands satisfied on making a reference by the ADC of the subject land vide judgment dated 11.01.2018 and no order in that respect is required to be passed by this Court.

In view of above, the proceedings of instant writ petition are hereby closed.

Interim stay order, if any, stands vacated.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
