Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that in the instant petitions, prior to the grant of interim protection(s) the termination orders were passed. Therefore, as on date the lis in question does not survive. However, a liberty be granted to file a fresh petitions.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on account of subsequent developments the instant petitions are to be dismissed as rendered infructous, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petitions as rendered infructous.
Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as having rendered infructous. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to file fresh petitions, if deemed essential, on account of subsequent developments. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
