For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 26.09.2024 and 17.09.2024.

Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited with Advocate welfare fund , Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur.
