Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed present petition seeking directions for pre-mature release of the fixed deposit as per order of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Jaipur Bench Jaipur.
Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that under inherent powers exercise by the Tribunal, they can entertain the application, if filed for modification.
In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of for availing of an alternate efficacious remedy. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
