has deposited an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in favour of Chairman, Rajasthan NEET UG counselling, 2024 on 11.10.2024. It is further submitted that the petitioner due to bonafide mistake has opted MBBS Course from a private college as his first choice instead of BDS Course. It is submitted that pursuant thereto, the third round of counselling was conducted, during which the petitioner was allotted a management seat of MBBS Course in a private college i.e. Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajsamand. Thereafter, the petitioner and his mother realized that the college fee of MBBS Course in the private medical college, which was allotted to the petitioner, was exorbitant and they were not in a financial condition to afford the fee of the said college as father of the petitioner had died during the said period.
