The present petition has been filed assailing the judgments dated 12.04.2021 and 28.04.2025, respectively. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that impugned judgments are passed without providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner qua the proposed cancellation in terms of Clause 8(2) of the Rajasthan Food Grains and others Essential Articles. It is further submitted that the petitioner was an authorized fair price shop keeper.
