“Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions.
Office is directed to issue notice to the petitioners for engaging some other counsel.”
Pursuant thereto, notices were issued to the petitioner and barring the petitioner No.2, all the petitioners have been served but, none appears.
The matter pertains to seniority and consequential promotion.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as all the petitioners have been promoted during pendency of the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
