Sandeep Taneja, J disposed of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17460/2025 (decision dated 01/12/2025). Petitioner Nandkishore Saini, registered owner (purchase vide registered sale deed dated 16.03.2025) of residential plot No.A-317 in Yojana Saligrampura, Jaipur, complained of an encroachment on the 40 ft. wide road existing in front of his plot; his complaint lodged with respondent Jaipur Development Authority on 31.10.2025 had drawn no action till date. Counsel (Mr. D.D. Khandelwal) made a limited prayer that the respondent-authorities be directed to decide the pending complaint/representation in a time bound manner. The petitioner is the registered owner of a residential plot No.A-317 situated in Yojana Saligrampura, Jaipur, which was purchased by the petitioner vide registered sale deed dated 16.03.2025.

The grievance of petitioner is that there is an encroachment on 40 ft. wide road, existing in front of the petitioner’s plot and despite a complaint having been made to the respondent – Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), Jaipur on 31.10.2025, no action has been taken in this regard till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondent – authorities may be directed to decide the pending complaint / representation in a time bound manner.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court deems it just & proper to direct the
