Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for the post of Lecturer (school education) in pursuant to advertisement dated 17.07.2025 but while filling up the form due to some technical glitch or heavy load on server and unavailability of server due to server down, an application form was not accepted finally and acknowledgement has not been generated from the website of respondent. He further submits that upto the stage of payment submission of online application was complete but final submission was not possible either due to heavy load on server or low capacity of server, may be due to server down load problem or heavy load during relevant time. This petition is filed with following prayer:

“It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and direct the respondent to accept and allow the application form submitted by the petitioner and permit the petitioner to participate in the recruitment process It is further prayed that the respondents be directed to issue the admit card to the petitioner.

Or any other order which the Court deems fit to pass in favour of petitioner considering the condition of petition.”

Considered the grievance raised herein, the petitioner is given a liberty to submit a representation to respondents within a period of fifteen days raising all grounds. The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation after enquiry about grievances of technical glitch but with a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from date of receipt of representation. After passing the order, the respondents are under an obligation to communicate the order to the petitioner either by way of speed post or through E-mail, if petitioner has provided E- mail in his representation. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he has right to re-approach the court with fresh petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
