In pursuant to the order dated 02.07.2025, learned trial court has sent the report which shows that petitioner has deposited Rs. 2,000/-, fine amount imposed upon him and he has already undergone sentence of six months passed by learned trial court.
Therefore, in light of the above, instant criminal revision petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
