These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accusedpetitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.234/2025, registered at Police Station Murlipura, District Jaipur

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the accusedpetitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the petitioner-Krashankant Pachouri has returned amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited in his account to the complainant. It is also contended that the petitioner-Meena Kumari has also returned the considerable amount to the complainant and the other persons. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted the statements of account through which the amount was paid to Shubhangi Lachhakar. It is further argued that the accused-petitioners are in custody since 13.08.2025, the alleged offences are exclusively triable by Magistrate and the investigation/trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail applications of the accusedpetitioners may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant have vehemently opposed the grant of bail applications. It is contended that the petitioners deceived the complainant and the other persons and in the pretext of the promise that the amount shall be invested, use the amount and gain wrongfully for their own wish. It is further contended that the complainant and the other persons have gave an amount of Rs.15,50,000/- approximately to the petitioners, therefore, considering the gravity of offence, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be dismissed.

It is not desirable to express anything on the merits of the case. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate, the accused-petitioners are in custody since 13.08.2025, there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners and investigation/trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, considering the above facts, I deem it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioners namely; 1. Krashankant Pachouri S/o Shri Rajnikant Pachouri and 2. Meena Kumari W/o Shri Pritamchand D/o Bhagchand, in connection withFIR No.234/2025, registered at Police Station Murlipura, District Jaipur (West), shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
