On 5.02.2025, learned Public Prosecutor was directed to call for the report regarding the whereabouts of the accusedrespondent Banshi Mal acquitted by learned Additional Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate No.23, Jaipur in Criminal Case No. 670/2003. This revision petition has been filed against the judgment of acquittal.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report regarding the whereabouts of the respondent-accused. According to report, respondent Mr. Banshi Mal has died on 06.09.2011. The report and the death certificate of the respondent-accused are taken on record.
