- The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment and order dated 22.09.1995 passed by the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dholpur (hereinafter referred to as the ‘trial Court’) in Special Case No.94/1993, whereby learned trial Court convicted and sentenced the appellant as under:-
