This crl. Misc. petition has been filed by the accused petitioners u/S 482 CrPC with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 663/2019 registered at Police Station Chitrakoot, District Jaipur (West) for offences punishable u/S 66(1), 66(E) & 67(A) of IT Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after completion of investigation, the police has come to the conclusion that only offence u/S 66A of the IT Act is made out against the accused petitioner, though the said provision has been declared unconstitutional by the Hon’ble Apex Court. He further submits

that in the aforesaid facts, the police is now submitting the final negative report against the accused petitioner.

In view of the statement made by learned Public Prosecutor that the police is submitting final negative report against the accused petitioner, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this misc. petition.

Accordingly, this misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
