The present application was filed by the petitioner for seeking revival of the S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.7050/2023, which was dismissed vide order dated 11.11.2024 in furtherance of pre-emptory order dated 24.09.2024 for want of filing the extra sets.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned the application, the application for revival is allowed.
The misc. petition No. 7050/2023 is restored to its original number.
