By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for quashing of the impugned F.I.R. No.84/2024 registered at Police Station Amer, District Jaipur City (North) under Sections 353, 484, 120-B, 506, 143 & 342 of IPC and Section 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised the Court of the fact that after investigation from all the four corners, the Police has not found the case proved against the petitioner and has proposed Final Report and the same would be submitted in due course of time. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to

continue with the instant petition and the same has become infructuous.

Considering the factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for revival of this petition, in case, final report ‘Negative’ is not submitted before the Court and if any cause of action still survives.
