By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for quashing the proceedings arising out of the impugned F.I.R. No.668/2024 registered at Police Station Kotwali Jhunjhunu, District Jhunjhunu under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 61(2)(a) of BNS, 2023.

In alternative, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Agency for conducting fair and impartial investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concerned whatsoever with the alleged incident for which the impugned F.I.R. has been registered, the petitioner is not

involved in the above alleged incident and he has also submitting a representation before the Superintendent of Police, but no heed has been paid and the Investigating Agency is bent upon to apprehend the petitioner, therefore, appropriate directions may be issued to the Investigating Officer to conduct fair and impartial investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant and Public Prosecutor has no objection, in case, such directions are issued.

Considering the arguments put forward by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the limited prayer, which has been confined to issue directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation.
