Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that despite the categorical directions given by this Court vide order dated 28.05.2025, petitioner has not co-operated and joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has objected to the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent and has submitted that the petitioner was duly informed by the counsel to appear before the concerned Officer. Howsoever, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an opportunity qua re-appearance of the petitioner before the concerned authority.

Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to mark appearance before the concerned

Investigation Authority, within a period of 7 days from the date of passing of this order. In case of non-compliance of the said direction, Investigating Authority is at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Investigation Authority is at liberty to proceed with the investigation, as required, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
