Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that after investigation, police has submitted negative FR pursuant to FIR No. 142/2013 dated 25.05.2013 as well as the significant fact that during the pendency of the instant petition, both the children Gouri and Neetu have attained the age of majority therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has got instructions not to press the instant petition on merits.
Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not pressed.
