and submitted that petitioner and other co-accused had inflicted injury on the head of Pawan Yadav and deceased died on account of head injury. Learned Additional Advocate General also submitted that trial is going to be concluded very soon because statement of Investigating Officer has also been recorded by the trial Court. So, looking to gravity of offence, 3rd bail application filed by the petitioner be dismissed.
